Zinc phosphate properties :
Colorless orthorhombic crystal or white microcrystalline powder. Soluble in inorganic acid, ammonia water, ammonium salt solution; insoluble in ethanol; almost insoluble in water, and its solubility decreases with increasing temperature. The natural mineral of zinc phosphate is called “paraphosphozite”, and there are two types: α- type and β-type. Its use: as the base material for phenolic, epoxy, alkyd and other coatings, as a flame retardant for pigments, chlorinated rubber and organic polymer materials, as a chemical reagent, as a preservative, astringent and dental cement in medicine powder, etc.
